Gino the owner is the most helpful guy around and the food he serves is delicious and varied. The prices are reasonable and this is the only place I’d go for a full Scottish Breakfast. It’s my local and I’m very loyal to this wee cafe!
The welcome is as warm and friendly as you’re likely to find, and their breakfast rolls are first rate. They’re opening for extended hours, until 11pm, during the FestivaL.
The service here is excellent and the staff very friendly. I would recommend the Veggie Scottish breakfast and the Meditteranean breakfast (Turkish sausage, feta cheese, fresh salad) but there are plenty of other options on the menu, so good for a group to visit.
This is a great place for a bite to eat and the staff are one of friendliest iv seen. Must eat place in the Grassmarket.
